OPPO Unveils K13s: Large Display, Massive Battery, Rugged Build in New Mid-Range Launch

OPPO has officially launched the K13s in China, bringing its premium specs to the mid-range segment. Sharing many features with the recently introduced F31 Pro+ in India, the device stands out with its large battery, durable build, and high-refresh display.

Key Specifications

  • Display & Design: The K13s comes with a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen that boasts a 120Hz refresh rate, peak brightness up to 1,600 nits, and high color accuracy through 100% DCI-P3 gamut coverage. To protect the display, AGC DT-Star D+ glass and ultra-high-frequency PWM dimming (up to 2,160Hz) have been included.
  • Performance: At its core is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 (4nm) chipset, paired with either 8 GB or 12 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage. The software out-of-box is Android 15 with OPPO’s ColorOS 15 skin.
  • Cameras: The rear setup includes a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is rated at 32MP. Additional features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor, and stereo speakers.

Durability & Battery

  • Ruggedness: The phone is built to withstand tough conditions. It carries MIL-STD-810H certification and multiple dust and water resistance ratings—IP66, IP68, and IP69—making it more durable than many other phones in its class.
  • Battery & Charging: The battery capacity is a standout—7,000mAh (typical)—with fast charging supported at 80W. This promises long usage times and quick recharge cycles.

Pricing & Colours

The OPPO K13s is launched in two colour options—Blue and White—with different pricing for its storage/RAM variants:

  • 8GB + 256GB model: approx CNY 1,499
  • 12GB + 256GB model: approx CNY 1,599

Comparison with K13x Variant

OPPO also revealed the K13x, which shares many design elements but comes with a slightly smaller battery (5,800mAh), different display specs, and a lower charge speed (45W). It is offered in lower price tiers with fewer premium touches compared to the K13s.
