His podcast’s TikTok page has added in excess of 1.5 million, while his Facebook page has grown by more than 2.3 million. On YouTube, his personal channel rose from approximately 3.8 million to 4.5 million subscribers. Meanwhile, Turning Point USA’s YouTube channel also saw increased attention, growing from 3.3 million to about 3.6 million.
Most of this surge comes not from new posts—the accounts have remained largely inactive since the tragedy—but from renewed interest in older content. Videos of Kirk’s speeches, political debates, and pro-Trump commentary are being widely viewed, shared, and re-shared across platforms.
Erika Kirk addressed the public in a livestreamed speech, which has itself drawn millions of views. She reiterated her commitment to ensuring that Charlie’s mission remains active. She also stated that Turning Point USA will continue to organize and expand, honoring projects Charlie had set in motion before his death.
Among those projects is a planned college tour, which the organization intends to carry out despite the loss. Meanwhile, many of Kirk’s previous debate videos are seeing sharp increases in view count. One campus speech that had under 500,000 views now has multiple millions thanks to renewed attention.
The emotional response from followers has been predominantly supportive and reverent rather than angry. Comments on his past speeches and posts largely express mourning and resolve, instead of vitriol or calls for retaliation.
Erika has said, “My husband’s voice will remain, and it will ring out louder and more clearly than ever, and his wisdom will endure.” She also urged supporters to carry forward Turning Point USA’s work, including by forming new chapters in places where there are none.
